Our founder, Riya N. Bhattacharjee, spent over a decade shaping organizations across FMCG, Information Technology, and Renewable Energy. As an HR leader, she built teams, empowered people, and drove business transformation at scale.
Her academic journey reflects the same relentless pursuit — with multiple Master's qualifications in Human Resources, HR Analytics, and Operations, and a global MBA from Rome Business School, Paris, she carried an international lens on leadership and innovation.
By every metric, she had built a successful career.
But success and calling are not always the same thing.
